A classic American Cowboy steakhouse with a unique dining experience that combines contemporary American Cuisine with a Western Flare. The Broken Bit is located in Quartz Hill, a small community that takes pride in its country western heritage and lends itself to cowboys and cowgirls riding horses down the streets.

The Broken Bit uses only premium aged USDA All Natural Black Angus Steaks, free of Hormones and Antibiotics. Our Steaks are hand cut and seasoned with our Broken Bit Steak Spice then grilled over oak slowly searing the meat in its own juices while adding a mild smoke flavor. We also offer a wide selection of other items such as: Fresh Seafood, Bison Short Ribs, Chicken and Lamb Chops.
